Writing in your language
You can write your tip in any language you’re comfortable with.
It’s translated and stored in English. The original language you used isn’t kept. This is true no matter which language you write in. You don’t have to translate anything yourself, and you don’t have to write in English first.
The site’s language, and the language you write in

The site where you send your tip works in English and Spanish.
Writing your tip is different. You can write in any language, no matter which language the site is showing. Translation happens after you write it.
Talking with someone who reads your language directly
Section titled “Talking with someone who reads your language directly”When you check on your tip, some programs have a team member who reads a specific language directly, instead of relying on translation.
If your program offers this for your language, you’ll see the option on the page where you check your tip.
Choosing it means your exact words are read as you wrote them. The team member replies in your language too.
You can switch back to English at any time. Your messages then go back to being translated, the same as before.
