Receiving tips at your agency

Your agency receives tips through your agency’s portal. It is where routed tips arrive, where you read them, and where you send a message back to the program that sent them.

These five short guides cover the whole path, from your first invitation to the boundaries the portal keeps in place.

  • Your invitation: how you get into the portal the first time, and how you sign in after that.
  • Your routed tips: what the tip list shows you, and what “routed” means.
  • Reading a tip: the four fields a tip shows, and where the full tip is kept.
  • Messaging the program: how to send the program a question about a tip.
  • Boundaries and access: what the portal does not show you, and what happens if your access expires or is taken away.

If something about your agency’s portal doesn’t match what these articles describe, contact your program — not TypVault.
